PragmaGeeks is a technically credible, founder-led firm. Anouar Adlani has spent 20 years building and leading engineering teams in Europe.
Anouar Adlani has been writing code, breaking systems, and building engineering teams since before cloud was a thing. He's not a talent industry professional who got interested in tech — he's a technologist who got tired of watching great engineers get passed over because hiring processes are broken.
He built PragmaGeeks in March 2025 with a specific thesis: Morocco has exceptional engineering talent, Europe has a persistent hiring problem, and the timezone overlap makes the match obvious.

PragmaGeeks exists because the hiring process for engineers is broken. These are the principles that define how we work.
- Founder-vetted talent. Every candidate goes through a technical review calibrated to the role — stack depth, problem-solving, communication. Not a generic screening checklist. The bar is set by someone who has hired engineers across Europe for two decades and felt the cost of getting it wrong.
- Morocco isn't a shortcut. It's the point. Morocco produces world-class engineers. The talent pool is deep, technical education is serious, and the work culture maps to European norms. At most one hour from Paris means daily standups and real-time collaboration — not async limbo.
- Embedded, not transactional. We're not a body shop. We don't fill seats and move on. We understand the technical context of where our engineers land, we stay involved, and we make sure the fit holds. If it doesn't, we fix it.
