We Are Always Open to Receiving Your Application
by Anouar Adlani, Founder, PragmaGeeks
At PragmaGeeks, we don't hire to fill a chair. We hire when we find someone whose profile fits the work we do and the culture we've built — and that doesn't always happen on a predictable schedule.
Which is why we are always open to receiving your application, even when we have no active posting.
Why Open Applications Matter to Us
Recruiting reactively — posting a role only when a need is urgent — means the best candidates are rarely available at the right moment. We've learned that over time. The engineers and consultants we've worked best with were often people we knew before a role existed, people we'd had a conversation with months earlier, whose profile was already in mind when the right opportunity opened up.
If your background is in software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, or technical consulting, and you're interested in what we build at PragmaGeeks, we want to hear from you now — not when you happen to spot a listing.
What Happens When You Apply
We read every profile we receive. We're a focused team, which means nothing gets lost in a pipeline.
If your background aligns with work we're planning — even if that work is months out — we'll reach out. We'll have a conversation to understand what you're looking for, what you've built, and whether the fit makes sense on both sides.
There's no promise of a role on a specific timeline. What we can promise is that your profile won't disappear into a void. If a position opens that matches what you do, you'll be the first to know.
What We Look For
PragmaGeeks works primarily with European companies — Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands — delivering embedded engineering, infrastructure projects, and technical consulting engagements. The profiles that tend to fit best are those with:
- Solid experience in one or more of our core practice areas: software development, DevOps and cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity
- Comfort working directly with client teams, attending standups, owning delivery
- The ability to work with minimal overhead and communicate clearly about progress and blockers
We work in English and French. Technical skills matter, but so does the ability to work in a professional, client-facing context.
How to Apply
Send your profile — CV, LinkedIn, GitHub, whatever best represents your work — to talent.pragmageeks.com.
Tell us what you're good at, what kind of work you're looking for, and when you'd be available. That context helps us match you quickly when the right opportunity comes up.
We're not always hiring. But we're always looking. If you think there's a fit, don't wait for a job post to tell you so.
